I work on a variety of Applicant Tracking and Human Capital Management products at Paycom, the online payroll and human resource technology provider. I have experience being a dedicated designer on agile teams as well as conducting user research through interviews, card sorts, and surveys. Applicant Tracking Analytics Dashboard

Visualizations for monitoring the number of views, applications, offers, and hires for a postion. As well as a visualization for monitoring which career sites and job boards are getting the most applicants.

Applicant Tracking Candidate Profile

An updated Candidate Profile to help streamline a recruiters view of a candidate.

Organizational Chart

Lastly, I helped with early designs for an updated Organizational chart that empowers HR Managers to easily take actions on their employees.
